Built by people who’ve run fish & chip shops

Ceres was founded by Stelios Theocharous, a former fish & chip shop operator.

He built the products he needed - but couldn’t find.

The business started with a simple problem: the batter available wasn’t good enough - inconsistent, unreliable, and not built for real service conditions.

So we built something better.

Today, that same approach still drives everything we do: understand the problem properly, then build the product to solve it.
