Same-Day Dispatch: Place your order by noon (Monday to Friday) for same-day dispatch.

Standard Delivery: Free for UK mainland. Most orders arrive within two working days.

Expedited Delivery: Available for orders placed before 2 PM. Choose this option at checkout for next-day delivery.

Saturday Delivery: Place your order by 12 PM on Friday and select the ‘Saturday Delivery’ option at checkout.
Stay Updated
For timely delivery updates, we recommend providing a mobile number and email address when placing your order. This allows our courier partners to send tracking details and delivery notifications.
Shipping Issues
If a delivery issue results in the return of your shipment, we offer two resolutions.

Repackaging and Resending: A surcharge will apply to cover inspection and new packaging. Additional fees may be charged for replacing any damaged goods.

Refund with Restocking Fee: Returned items must remain unopened and undamaged. A restocking fee, which includes inspection, repackaging, and disposal of damaged items, will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping fee will also be deducted.
Please note that we do not offer a collection service or a cash-and-carry facility.

At Ceres, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@worldofceres.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

FREQUENTLY ASKED SHIPPING AND RETURNS QUESTIONS
What delivery services do you offer? We offer free delivery within mainland UK, with most orders arriving within two working days. Expedited shipping is available for next-day delivery on orders placed before 2pm.
What is the latest time I can order for same-day dispatch? Orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) are eligible for same-day dispatch. If you need stock urgently, order in advance or select expedited shipping.
Where is my order? Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email from DPD with tracking details. On the day of delivery, you’ll also get an email or SMS with your one-hour delivery window.
What happens if I’m not available to receive my DPD delivery? DPD will send you a one-hour delivery window via SMS or email. If this timing doesn’t suit you, you can redirect the parcel to one of 6,000 local shops for collection. Please collect it promptly, as parcels can be large and may inconvenience the shop.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
For Parcels:
- If re-taped with DPD tape, please reject the parcel.
- Take clear photos of the parcel, damage and shipping label.
- Contact us immediately at info@worldofceres.com with the photos and details.
For Pallets:
- For minor damage, send us photos so we can send replacements.
- If damage is severe, reject the pallet and contact us immediately at info@worldofceres.com.
What if I need to return my order? Contact us if your order is incorrect or damaged, and we will arrange a refund or replacement. For other returns, items must be unopened and undamaged to qualify.
I made an error with my order. Can I change it? Contact us as soon as you notice an error, and we will do our best to assist you.
Do you deliver on weekends? Yes, we offer Saturday delivery. Place your order by 12 PM on Friday and select the ‘Saturday Delivery’ option at checkout.
What’s the process for pallet deliveries? Pallet orders are delivered with our standard next-day service before noon. If you miss the delivery, the haulier’s surcharge will be passed on to you.
