Delivery at a glance
- Free mainland UK delivery on standard orders.
- Same-day dispatch target before 12pm (not guaranteed).
- Next-day delivery option available at checkout (subject to carrier performance).
- Pallet dispatch Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Where We Ship
- Mainland UK: Free shipping on standard orders.
- NI, ROI & Isles: Shipping rates apply.
- Europe: Selected countries supported.
- Rest of world: Contact us to arrange shipping.
International deliveries: Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. These are not included in your order total. If refused and returned, associated costs may be deducted from any refund or credit.
Parcels — Dispatch
- Same-day dispatch target: Orders placed before 12pm are typically processed same day (not guaranteed).
- High demand: Dispatch times may vary during busy periods.
Parcels — Delivery
- Standard: Most UK orders arrive within two working days (not guaranteed).
- Next-day: Available at checkout (subject to carrier).
- Saturday: Available on selected orders.
Pallets
Pallet orders are dispatched Tuesdays and Thursdays using a two-day service.
- Tuesday dispatch → typically delivered Thursday morning.
- Thursday dispatch → typically delivered Monday morning.
Delivery timing is dependent on the haulier and is not guaranteed.
Important: Missed deliveries may incur additional charges.
Shipping Issues
If delivery fails and goods are returned, we may, at our discretion:
- Resend with additional charges; or
- Restock with deductions for costs and damage.
Uncollected returns may be processed after 14 days.
We do not offer collection or cash-and-carry services.
Returns
Returns are only accepted where goods are defective, incorrect, or agreed in writing.
- Items must be unopened and in resaleable condition.
- Refunds subject to inspection.
- Return shipping is your responsibility unless our error.
