White Chocolate | 250g |

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a muffin tray with 12 individual muffin cases.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Ceres Natural Batter Mix and golden caster sugar. Create a well in the middle.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sunflower oil, whole milk, and egg. Gradually add this liquid to the dry mix, stirring lightly.
4. Divide the resultant batter into two separate bowls. In the first bowl, incorporate the dark chocolate and jarred mincemeat. In the second bowl, mix in the white chocolate and dried cranberries. Stir each gently.
