Fry Magazine Announces the Best UK Fish & Chips of 2024: See the Winners

Fry Magazine's annual recognition of the UK's premier fish & chip takeaways and restaurants has just announced its 2024 winners. These awards highlight the industry's gold standards in food quality, customer service, and innovative marketing.
Over several months, judges conducted anonymous visits to contenders, evaluating them on food quality, cleanliness, staff knowledge, value, ordering process, and online presence. To clinch an award, takeaways had to score above 95.5%, while restaurants needed a minimum of 95%.
In its 12th year, the awards maintain their reputation for uncovering the best in the business. Judges shared enthusiastic reviews, such as "the cod was delicious", "no improvement is necessary... the best fish and chips I have had".
