The company's turnover surged by over 20% to reach £90 million, signalling a year of robust growth and operational success. This achievement was highlighted by opening a new restaurant in Dublin in May, which consistently saw weekly sales surpass €230,000, alongside established restaurants maintaining EBITDA margins above 20%.

The steakhouse group, recognised for its commitment to excellence and sustainability as a B Corp, has achieved financial success and earned significant accolades. It was ranked second in the global list of the World's Best Steak Restaurants, making it the highest-ranked steakhouse in Europe and the US. Additionally, Hawksmoor has maintained its reputation as a top employer, securing a spot among the UK's top 100 employers for the 12th consecutive year.

Looking ahead, Hawksmoor is set to open its most ambitious restaurant yet, a 16,500-square-foot venue in Chicago. This marks the company's second venture in the US, following its New York restaurant, and underscores its strategic international ambitions.
