The latest addition, Pionero Lounge in Rochdale, joins Loungers' portfolio of brands, including Lounge, Cosy Club, and Brightside. Since its interim results announcement in November, the company has swiftly inaugurated new Lounges in various locations, such as Cramlington (Coltello Lounge), Penrith (Arturo Lounge), Paignton (Costero Lounge), Caerphilly (Consurio Lounge), and Ashby de la Zouch (Centivo Lounge).
The expansion continues with openings planned in Bromsgrove, Chepstow, Westwood Cross, Macclesfield, Bracknell, Ilkley, Sidcu, and Yeovil. These sites encompass diverse settings, from new developments to repurposed spaces like former banks, retail outlets, and high-street restaurants.
Loungers envisions a potential for at least 600 Lounges nationwide, aiming to launch 34 sites within the current financial year alone. This expansion drive complements the existing Cosy Club and Brightside brands, which currently operate 36 and three sites, respectively.

With each new venue, Loungers injects nearly £1 million into the local high street economy and generates an average of 30 job opportunities. 2023 the company created 1,000 new jobs, with plans to replicate this figure in 2024.
Alex Reilley, chairman and co-founder of Loungers, reflects on this achievement, stating, "The opening of the 250th site is a hugely satisfying landmark for a business that started in 2002 in Bristol with a single café-bar called The Lounge." He acknowledges the dedicated efforts of the company's personnel, emphasizing their role in shaping Loungers' success and expressing gratitude for their contributions.
