Dosage: 1g of Chip Preparation Formula per litre of water
Soak Time: 15 minutes
- Chip and Rinse: Cut potatoes into chips, place them in a barrel filled with water, and agitate to remove excess starch. Repeat until the water runs clear.
- Prepare Solution: Mix 10g of Chip Preparation Formula with 10 litres of water in a separate container.
- Soak Chips: Pour the solution over the rinsed chips, submerging them fully, and let them soak for 15 minutes.
- Drain and Dry: After soaking, drain the solution and allow the chips to dry for at least 1 hour.
- Storage: Store the dried chips in a cool, dry place until ready to fry.
