At Ceres, we are committed to providing our customers exceptional service and flexibility in shipping options. We proudly offer comprehensive shipping services to addresses around the globe. For our valued customers within the mainland UK, we are delighted to provide free shipping, ensuring an accessible and seamless shopping experience. Our shipping services extend to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and the British Isles. For our international customers, we are pleased to announce that we offer shipping to several European countries, including Belgium, France, Italy, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, and Greece. Orders placed before noon from Monday to Friday will be processed to dispatch on the same day for next-day delivery. Please note that during periods of high demand, dispatch times may vary; please see collection and delivery options in checkout for different shipping services.

We advise including a mobile phone number and email address with your order. This allows our courier partners to provide timely and detailed shipping updates.

In the event of a delivery issue resulting in the return of your shipment, we offer two resolutions:
a) For items that require repackaging and resending, a surcharge will apply to cover the cost of new packaging and inspection to ensure all items are undamaged. Should any items be damaged upon return, additional charges for replacement goods may be necessary.
b) a restocking fee (includes checking over the returned orders, ensuring all the goods are not damaged, and discarding all the damaged items and packaging.) will be applied for items eligible for restocking. We request that returned products remain unopened and undamaged to qualify for a refund. Our team will thoroughly inspect returns to confirm they meet our standards before issuing a refund. Please be aware that the shipper's return fee will also be deducted from any refund issued.

We do not offer a collection service or cash and carry facility.
