Top Pick

Ceres Natural Batter Mix: Ditch the regular flour; this mix is ready when you are. And for those catering to gluten-free palettes, effortlessly switch to Ceres Gluten Free Batter Mix.

Maple Syrup - This isn't just a topping! Folded into the mix, it provides a natural sweetness and deep, authentic maple undertone. Drizzled over the top? Utter luxury.

Ginger - The unmistakable herald of Christmas. Ginger offers a unique, fiery yet sweet note, its pungent, spicy tones balanced by a hint of woodiness. Both aromatic and flavour-packed, it's the star of our show.

Preparation

1. In a large bowl, combine the Ceres Natural Batter Mix ginger, cinnamon, sugar, and a pinch of salt.

2. In a separate jug, blend the egg, maple syrup, and milk.

3. Gradually introduce the wet mix to the dry ingredients, whisking to form a smooth, velvety batter.

4. Heat a touch of oil in a large non-stick pan on medium. Pour 2-3 dollops of batter to form rounds.

5. Cook until bubbles surface (about 1-2 minutes), then flip, cooking for an additional minute until they're plush and golden.
