The best fryer cleaner on the market!
The best fryer cleaner on the market, tried loads of harsh chemicals over years. I do my pans regularly, ive used it on the floor when it got greasy, even used it on cloths in washer machine. When doing pans i put in all my hot box trays and they come up beautifully. Pretty cheap too considering how long it lasts.

Wouldnt be without the deep fryer cleaner.
Brilliant product. If I could upload a picture of my pans I would, we were so happy with the final result. You will need to probably double the dosage that is stated if You have neglected Your pans and really give your pans a good boil, allow to rest then repeat a few times, but so much better than soda crystals or corrosive detergents. Also order the 1" heavy duty scraper it will make your life so much easier and rubber bungs are must if You have a filtration system.
