    Consistency is paramount

    When I had problems with my previous batter mix, a friend suggested I try Ceres. I have found it very consistent all year round and as I measure my quantities for batter mixing I have found that I need a less flour:water ratio as I did with my previous batter, over all very happy and better cost of use.
