    Been using Wright’s Sonata 00 for our wood-fired pizzas and the results are brilliant every time. Makes a really soft, stretchy dough with great flavour and cooks perfectly with a light airy crust. Love that it’s British-milled but still gives proper authentic Neapolitan results. Definitely one of the best flours we’ve used and will keep ordering.

    We were Caputo Red loyalists until we tried Sonata. Same strong performance on medium-to-long fermentation, perfect for both our wood-fired and gas ovens. Exceptional quality and great value.
