    been using this since it come out, wont use anything else. buy 16 at a time and order another before i run out. its brilliant stuff, works a treat and costs less than anything else.

How to Use +

Recommended dosage: 1g of P1 Formula per litre of water

Recommended soak time: Approximately 15 minutes

  1. Chip potatoes and rinse thoroughly to remove loose starch
  2. Prepare a treatment solution using the recommended dosage
  3. Fully submerge chips in the solution for approximately 15 minutes
  4. Drain thoroughly and allow chips to dry before frying
  5. Store prepared chips correctly until required

Following proper rinsing, drying and holding procedures will help maximise consistency and frying performance.
