These super absorbent cloths come in really handy, we use them for so much and they last so long.

These cloths are excellent for ensuring the surface of wet fish is dry and ready to receive pre dust and batter which has really helped with consistency. We also use them to put cleaned items on out of the sink or dishwasher to soak up any moisture. Very useful product would highly recommend.

These allowed me to make the surface of every fish consistent before pre dusting - preventing the stodgy white layer between fish and batter, preventing blowholes and therefore a better product and less wastage

these have transformed the way i work, I use them to interleave my fish in trays and they absorb all excess moisture. buy them by the box load.. I also have another set that i use for cleaning.
